Mr. Lindgren did an amazing job when I purchased my first home. He represented both me and the seller. He showed the upmost professionalism by being able to juggle both clients at the same time and showed 100% equality between myself and the sellers. When I purchased my home, it was in the middle of winter, Mr. Lindgren promptly scheduled an appointment with me to go look at the house. The appointment was scheduled promptly, and Mr. Lindgren had the flexibility to work around my schedule. He always answered all my questions without hesitation and promptly. I’ve never had to wait more than a day to receive a reply from Mr. Lindgren.
At the time I was looking at purchasing a home, I was living in Billings, MT and the home I was looking at was in Basin, WY. It is about a two-hour drive from Billings and Basin, not too terribly far, but not close enough to drive over when something needed done.
Honestly, Mr. Lindgren went above and beyond by taking care of things in Basin while I was still in Billings. He was present for the inspection and personally handled getting things fixed so that the mortgage lender would approve this house for me. His willingness and compassion for my situation made purchasing this home so much easier. As part of the purchasing agreement the mortgage lender required the house to be painted. Mr. Lindgren searched for painters in the local area so that when springtime came the painting requirement would be completed. I did not have to do the research myself. Mr. Lindgren’s work ethic allowed me to trust him and rely on him when I couldn’t be there. That was huge for me because that allowed me to put my mind at ease during this stressful process. The painter that Mr. Lindgren recommended did a superb job in painting my home. I am a happy camper in my new home and would recommend Mr. Lindgren 100% to my family and closest friends. I know without doubt Mr. Lindgren will take care of you during the home buying process.
